- SEO can give instant result. Just optimize your site properly and you can expect to rank higher in search engines on the next day.
- Build more quality links.
- It is okay if you copy the content from other sites or article directories and paste it on your site.
- Its okay if you are not writing unique content for your blogs or websites since you can just syndicate articles from directories.
- You don’t need to do anything else after optimizing your website.
- Only matters is, Search Engine ranking.
- Good number of links are good but only matters is QUALITY not QUANTITY.
- Submission to web directories are not required.
- Updated content is not required for website.
- Rather than wasting your money in hiring SEO professional, you should do it yourself. Only if you are an expert.
- You don’t need to optimize your Web Design.
- Navigation of your website does not have anything to do with Search Engine Ranking.
- Search Engine must be important, rather than a targeted market.
- Site visitors are pretty intelligent and they know how to browse the website so you don’t need to worry about usability.
- Flash is one of the best way to present your message.

I think it’s GREAT that you’re posting about SEO myths! There are so many of these that I’ve seen floating around over the past several years, then our team goes through testing things and we find out that a lot of what the so called “gurus” are teaching is bunk. Anyhow, it’s refreshing to see someone else that isn’t just passing on regurgitated mis-information.
