People either are or are not finding you through the search engines and by having links around the net.

- Direct mail: 10%
From this list, links from other sites and word of mouth, you can see how social marketing is very important. Notice how low online advertising is. Direct mail is low but I think that has more to do with how little online people use it. A compelling message on a post card with a link can be effective if only because people will read the card to see if they need to throw it away.
